About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time General Service Technician at its service, repair, and tire center in Dayton, Ohio. This role installs new tires and wheels and performs tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, helping keep customers' vehicles operating safely. Technicians provide automotive service and receive a guaranteed hourly base rate plus weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed. No prior experience is needed; paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend, and to lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, but is not required.
