Midas - General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube)
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time General Service Technician at its service, repair, and tire center in Dayton, Ohio. The role provides a guaranteed hourly base rate plus weekly bonus potential, including bonuses tied to each service performed. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. General Service Technicians install tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to help keep customers' vehicles operating safely. The position is part of a fast-paced team focused on providing quality automotive service.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Install new tires and wheels.
