About The Position

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time General Service Technician at its service, repair, and tire center in Dayton, Ohio. The role provides guaranteed hourly base pay plus weekly bonuses tied to services performed. Paid training is provided, and prior automotive experience is not required. Technicians install tires and wheels and perform tire services to help keep customers' vehicles safe and operating properly.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend, and to lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Dependability, teamwork, and commitment to quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Provide automotive service to help keep customers' vehicles operating safely.
