About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time General Service Technician for its service, repair, and tire center in Lakewood, Colorado. The role offers guaranteed hourly base pay plus weekly bonus potential, with paid training provided and no prior experience required. Technicians install tires and wheels and perform tire rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to help keep customers' vehicles operating safely. Weekly bonuses are tied to each service performed. The position includes a five-day work week, with Sundays and one other weekday off. The company also offers support for ASE certifications, pay increases for credentials, and opportunities for advancement from within.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Dependability, teamwork, and commitment to providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
