Midas - General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube)
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time General Service Technician for its service, repair, and tire center in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. The role offers a guaranteed hourly base rate plus weekly bonus potential, with paid training provided and no prior experience required. General Service Technicians install tires and wheels and perform tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, to help keep customers' vehicles operating safely. Technicians receive weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed, in addition to their guaranteed hourly rate.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Install new tires and wheels.
- Perform tire rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
- Provide quality automotive service to customers.
