About The Position

Audacy Saint Louis is seeking an experienced, competitive, growth mindset sales leader to manage in a collaborative sales environment alongside our management team. This position will work closely with our radio brands, require creative thought and strategy in developing marketing solutions for our clients and sellable programs utilizing our highly-coveted play-by-play assets, including the St Louis Cardinals. We need a "make it happen" sales leader with deep expertise across broadcast, sponsorship sales, onsite, experiential, digital, and podcasting platforms. Audacy St Louis is home to the biggest and most influential names in the city, mobilizing a loyal audience like no one else. As the dedicated flagship station for the St Louis Cardinals, STL City SC, and St. Louis University Billikens, we are the region's go-to source for news, weather and sports. We are a trusted partner, proven in creating custom strategic marketing campaigns, including a robust suite of digital marketing assets and iconic events that drive deep fan engagement and community resonance.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4+ years of digital, media and/or sports sales management experience is required.
  • Must possess a strong background in strategic account management and a proven ability to generate concept-driven business not reliant on ratings or efficiencies.
  • Requires the ability to drive to develop local, regional, and national business as a self-starter and collaborative

Responsibilities

  • Exceed organizational sales revenue goals utilizing assets that include St Louis Cardinals, Digital, KMOX and additional radio stations across Audacy St Louis.
  • Lead and Inspire a sales team
  • Provide ongoing consultation to sold clients, ensuring their campaigns are performing exceptionally and their businesses are booming.
  • Develop and conduct on going training on the sales process and products .
  • Understand market competition and trends
  • Execute a powerful business plan and sales strategy, ensuring the attainment of ambitious revenue goals. Your success is our success!
