Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail automotive sales experience
- Prior Sales Management or F&I experience
- Proven success as a deal maker with a strong customer focus
- High energy, positive leadership style, and passion for developing others
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent closing and follow-up skills
- Integrity, character, and professionalism in every interaction
