About The Position

We're looking for a General Sales Manager who leads with integrity, builds culture intentionally, and drives results through people — not just pressure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a GSM or Sales Manager with a measurable track record of hitting goals.
  • High HQ — Hospitality Quotient: kindness, curiosity, empathy, integrity, work ethic, and self-awareness
  • A coaching mindset — you develop people, you don’t just manage them
  • Fluent with CRM tools, DMS systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with data — you use numbers to lead, not just report
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Nice To Haves

  • Toyota or Lexus brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance — set the standard for volume, gross, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead CRM and follow-up discipline — 100% accountability, fast response times
  • Maximize F&I penetration through close partnership with your Finance team
  • Manage inventory and pricing strategy to protect gross and support turn
  • Coach and develop your team — run structured 1:1s, hold performance conversations, build your bench
  • Own the guest experience from first inquiry to delivery and beyond
  • Collaborate cross-functionally — partner with Service, Finance, and Ops to run a tight ship
