About The Position

Master Trades Group is a leading residential services platform providing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic through a portfolio of trusted local brands. We are focused on operational excellence, customer experience, leadership development, and long-term growth. As we continue expanding across Florida and Georgia, we are seeking a high-impact HVAC Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop sales teams, drive revenue growth, and support operational performance across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading sales teams within the home services or home improvement industry
  • Strong HVAC sales leadership experience preferred
  • Experience managing KPIs, revenue growth, and profitability performance
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and organizational development skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 50%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within residential HVAC operations
  • Multi-location leadership experience
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers, Comfort Advisors, and sales support teams
  • Drive HVAC installation revenue growth and gross profit performance across the region
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators including: Conversion rates, Average ticket, Lead generation, Sales close rates
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Service, and Installation teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities and improve results
  • Implement consistent sales processes and accountability standards across all markets
  • Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, leadership development, and performance reviews
  • Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts for sales teams
  • Foster a culture focused on customer experience, accountability, development, and results
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and growth initiatives
