About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Experience in analyzing sales data and market trends to drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior leadership, offering actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and broader marketing strategies.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards across all sales activities.
