Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Sales Manager, sales manager or F&I manager or similar sales leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and apply insights to improve performance.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure strong market presence.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
