Requirements

  • Proven success as an Automotive General Sales Manager or Sales Manager.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, inventory management, and financial performance.
  • A passion for developing people and creating winning teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience using dealership technology and CRM platforms.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test).
