About The Position

All Star Hyundai of Baton Rouge, part of the award-winning Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced, talented, and innovative General Sales Manager to join their leadership team. Hudson Automotive is a large and rapidly growing automotive dealer group in the Southeast U.S. dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for an experienced General Sales Manager or a successful Automotive Sales Manager with a history of building and leading high-performing sales teams.

Requirements

  • Prior automotive sales and management experience is required.
  • Proven track record of success developing new and used-vehicle sales departments.
  • Proven experience in training management staff, directing work, and removing barriers to success.
  • Experience forecasting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals for the department and for individual sales consultants, providing them with the support to meet these goals.
  • Proven success in hiring, training, motivating, and assessing the performance of all new- and used-sales personnel.
  • Leadership, Team Development skills, and a GREAT attitude are a must.
