This role involves acting as an Opposing Force (OPFOR) and Role Player (RP) for a training scenario. RPs will need to stay on script, wear appropriate costuming, and operate various military weapons systems, including those firing marking cartridges, paintball, and blank ammunition. The role requires physical fitness to work in austere environments and during darkness, familiarity with basic weapons handling and safety, and the ability to be restrained and searched. Participants should expect to be engaged with non-lethal marking ammunition while wearing protective gear, including a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard. The training is scheduled for July 23rd, with a team size of 22 RPs, and a pay rate of $20/hour.
