About The Position

Tyson Foods is hiring for multiple entry-level, non-skilled General Production Labor positions at its Dardanelle, Arkansas facility. These are full-time, second-shift positions scheduled Monday through Thursday from 6:45 p.m. to 5:45 a.m., with a starting pay rate of $17.15 per hour. Team members perform assigned general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures. Training is provided as required. Applicants may be considered for openings across multiple departments, including live receiving, evisceration, harvesting and packout, reprocessing, further processing, debone, cut-up, and related production lines. Tyson emphasizes safety and expects team members to practice safety at work. The Dardanelle Complex Safety Goal is Zero Accidents. Applicants must provide a government identification number so Tyson can verify prior employment history. The facility accepts rehires after 365 days, though Tyson may require a longer waiting period or decline rehire depending on the reason for dismissal.
