About The Position

This is an entry-level, non-skilled general labor position at Chick N Quick in Rogers, Arkansas. The role is responsible for performing general production work while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures. Work areas include Raw End, RTE, and Stack Off, with schedules varying by area. Conditions are wet, and temperatures range from -10 to 75 degrees depending on assignment. Aromatic spices are used, and noise levels can be extremely high; appropriate foot, eye, and ear protection is required or provided. The role may involve extended standing or walking on cement floors and repetitive movements. Applicants must provide a government identification number so Tyson can verify prior employment history. Requirements

Must be able to bend and lift various weights; lifting over 40 pounds is regular, and lifting over 80 pounds is occasional.
Good eye-hand coordination.
Ability to reach, pull, and push as needed.
Ability to adapt to heat, cold, high humidity, wet floors, and different situations.
Tolerance for extremely high noise levels and use of hearing protection.
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods on cement floors.
Some jobs require repetitive arm, wrist, and hand movements; reaching or lifting above shoulder level; and bending, stooping, and twisting.
