About The Position

This position requires heavy lifting in wet or moist conditions. The employee will hang birds online and rotate with truck wash duties while working safely and following Tyson’s policies and procedures. The role involves routine exposure to cold temperatures of 20–40°F, as well as damp and wet conditions. Candidates must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for a minimum of 9 hours daily.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach above, reach across, and perform repetitive motions.
• Must be able to work in wet or moist conditions and routine cold exposure of 20–40°F.
• Maximum of 3 times worked with Tyson Foods.
• A 90-day waiting period applies for rehire.
