About The Position

This entry-level retail position supports store operations through product stocking, customer service, and merchandising. The role is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service with product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. As a Stocking Clerk, the team member keeps shelves stocked and the store prepared for customers, primarily by working overnight shifts. The position also involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment and supporting other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Provide customers with product knowledge and efficient, friendly service.
