About The Position

The General Merchandise Team Leader leads General Merchandise operations and team members to deliver a consistent, guest-first shopping experience. The role blends daily operational execution—including replenishment, pricing and signing, merchandising, setting and maintaining the sales floor and backroom, and inbound, outbound, and fulfillment work—with team development and business results. With guidance from a direct leader, the Team Leader plans and assigns workload, supports sales goals, improves processes, develops talent, and helps ensure products are available, accurately priced, and easy to shop. This is a full-time role, but hours are not guaranteed to reach 40 per week and may fluctuate with business needs. The schedule is variable and may include nights, weekends, holidays, closing shifts, and peak shopping periods. Work is active and physically demanding, requiring mobility throughout a shift, climbing ladders, and frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds. Some duties may involve exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements.
