About The Position

This entry-level team member role is responsible for stocking products and supporting store operations while delivering remarkable customer service. The Stocking Clerk helps ensure shelves are ready for customers by moving products from pallets or carts to their assigned locations, handling backstock and waste, and keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized. The role involves overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead and may include other tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
