About The Position

This entry-level team member position is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The Stocking Clerk performs retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising, helping keep store shelves stocked and the store prepared for customers. The role involves overnight shifts and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
