About The Position

This entry-level team member position is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising, with a focus on keeping shelves stocked and the store prepared for customers. The posting also describes stocking work: moving merchandise to shelf locations, organizing backstock and waste, and working with store leadership to complete assigned areas. The position involves overnight shifts and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Provide customers with product knowledge and efficient, friendly service.
