About The Position

This entry-level position delivers remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The team member completes a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising, and collaborates with other team members and managers on additional tasks as needed. The role may be assigned to Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, or Floral.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with customers.

Help customers with questions or direct them to another team member who can assist.
Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
Use technology to complete activities and tasks.
Complete retail tasks related to product, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising.
Collaborate with other team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.
