About The Position

This role involves conducting disability evaluations for veterans. You will examine veterans and document your findings on standard disability evaluation forms. Each exam is a one-time evaluation, not ongoing care, and you will not treat, prescribe, or manage patients afterward. Exams are booked during business hours, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is ongoing per diem work.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you will work
• Board certification
• NPI number
• Current ACLS and BLS
• Active DEA
• Your own office within 40 miles of Tillamook, OR
• CV in month and year format
• Must live within daily commute range of Tillamook, OR
