About The Position

This is an ongoing per diem role for a Nurse Practitioner to conduct disability evaluations for veterans. Veterans will come to your own office for these one-time evaluations. You will examine veterans and record your findings on standard disability evaluation forms. This role does not involve treatment, prescribing, or ongoing patient management. Exams are booked during business hours, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you will work
• Board certification
• NPI number
• Current ACLS and BLS
• Active DEA
• Own office within 50 miles of Ely, NV
• CV in month and year format
