About The Position

NOW HIRING: General Manufacturing / Production Workers for multiple opportunities throughout the Chicopee and Springfield area. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Opportunities range from entry-level production positions to roles requiring previous manufacturing experience.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assemble, process, inspect, and package parts and finished products
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
• Follow written and verbal work instructions and production specifications
• Perform visual quality inspections and identify defects
• Complete basic production records and paperwork
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
