About The Position

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring General Manufacturing and Production Workers for multiple opportunities throughout the Chicopee and Springfield area. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Opportunities range from entry-level production positions to roles requiring previous manufacturing experience.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience

Responsibilities

• Assemble, process, inspect, and package parts and finished products
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
• Follow written and verbal work instructions and production specifications
• Perform visual quality inspections and identify defects
• Complete basic production records and paperwork
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
