This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for career growth and learning valuable manufacturing skills in an air-conditioned workspace. The role involves working on the manufacturing/production floor, operating basic equipment after training, handling materials, following safety and quality procedures, maintaining a clean work area, meeting production goals, and performing physical and repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Must be willing & able to lift 50 lbs
• Availability to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Work on the manufacturing/production floor
• Operate basic equipment and tools after training
• Load, unload, move, and handle materials
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Perform physical and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Learn new processes and responsibilities
