About The Position
Arlon Graphics, LLC is a cast vinyl manufacturing company in the business of creating innovative material for visual expression. Founded in 1958, Arlon Graphics manufactures and markets high-quality pressure-sensitive materials for the fleet, architectural, digital imaging, and signage markets. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering 40+ hours per week with overtime. You will learn valuable manufacturing skills and gain great career potential in an air-conditioned workspace within a team-oriented environment. For regular, full-time employees after the temp period, you will be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation, sick time, and quarterly bonuses.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass drug screen
- Must pass background check
- Must be willing & able to lift 50 lbs
- Availability to work overtime and weekends
Responsibilities
- Work on the manufacturing/production floor
- Operate basic equipment and tools after training
- Load, unload, move, and handle materials
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Perform physical and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Learn new processes and responsibilities
