About The Position
Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager/General Manager to join its growing team. The company provides a paid training program and welcomes applicants without pizza experience. The role offers the opportunity to develop management and customer-service experience, pursue advancement across the company’s 56 stores, and contribute to community fundraising and charitable initiatives. Applicants should have an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to meet the stated age, management-experience, and availability requirements.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Must have at least one year of management experience.
- Must have open availability.
- No pizza experience is required; the company provides a training program.
- For business driving, an 18-year-old must have proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have proof of at least one year. A learner’s permit period documented by a government authority may count toward driving history, but an officially stated license is required.
- For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the two years preceding the MVR, no more than three in the three years preceding it, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- Applicants may not drive for Domino’s if they have violations for leaving the scene of an accident or hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage restaurant operations.
- Support customer service and team development.
- Help raise funds for local charitable donations, feed people in need, and support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
- Meet driving-history and driving-record requirements if operating a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries.
