About The Position

The Pizza Maker prepares pizzas and other products to standard specifications, operates equipment, maintains cleanliness, and provides customer service. The role requires working to a schedule, following store standards, and communicating with customers and coworkers in person and by phone. Team members may have opportunities for advancement, including management development. Applicants must be older than 18, available to work between 3 and 11, and available Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.

• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone; near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, and lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Prepare products to standard specifications.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Work to a schedule and adhere to store image and standards.
• Provide great customer service.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and arrange transportation to and from work.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Unload bulk product deliveries and lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
