About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for the success of the Domino’s store and its Team Members. This role leads store operations, drives sales and profitability, upholds brand standards, and ensures customers receive consistently high-quality products and service. The General Manager also develops and supports Team Members and Management teams, builds relationships with customers and the community, and helps maintain a positive, high-energy workplace. The position offers opportunities for career progression within Domino’s.

Requirements

Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.

Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to use proprietary software systems PULSE and PWR.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to talk and hear on the telephone.
Near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks and depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to stand for long periods; most tasks are performed from a standing position.
