About The Position
Lead Dog Pizza INC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations and help deliver excellent pizza delivery service. The role is suited to a hands-on leader who can exercise judgment, handle math, and multitask in a fun and flexible work environment. The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The manager sets an example for the team, follows all policies and procedures, and expects the same from crew members. The position also oversees scheduling, product ordering, team-member training, and hiring. Pay is salary plus bonus, with a profit-share bonus for general managers based on controlling costs within goals.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work weekend nights.
- Judgment, math, and multitasking skills are needed.
Nice To Haves
- One year of restaurant management experience is preferred.
