About The Position
Lead Dog Pizza INC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR), also described as a Pizza Maker. The role is an entry-level opportunity to develop customer service and teamwork skills while contributing to a fun, team-oriented environment. CSRs work inside the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, make pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and clean equipment and the facility. Training is provided in pizza-making techniques.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
- Be available to work until 10 or 11 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
- Answer phones and take phone orders.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
- Clean equipment and the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Work with the team to provide outstanding customer service.
