About The Position

The General Manager is the highest on-site authority at a Raindrop Car Wash location and is responsible for its overall success, performance, and culture. This full-ownership role drives customer experience, membership sales, labor efficiency, operational execution, and team development. The GM is accountable for meeting key performance indicators, maintaining a well-trained and engaged team, and ensuring the site operates cleanly, safely, and profitably every day.

Requirements

Prior experience managing a team and full-site operations.
Proven success in sales leadership and operational performance.
Strong administrative, decision-making, and delegation skills.
Expert-level understanding of tunnel systems, prep procedures, and sales flow.
Ability to lift 35 or more pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage site opening and closing procedures, equipment readiness, and site appearance.
Ensure the site remains clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant.
Analyze weekly performance metrics.
Respond promptly to issues involving water, air, chemical flow, and tunnel operation.
Maintain team deployment for efficient flow and appropriate prep, lot, and kiosk coverage.
Own site-level membership sales targets and drive membership growth.
Track performance by shift, hour, and employee, and implement coaching and adjustments as needed.
Manage labor efficiency and support chemical cost control.
Ensure transactions, cash handling, and bank drop procedures are completed securely and accurately.
Recruit, onboard, and train employees.
Conduct regular one-on-ones, shift audits, and performance reviews.
Ensure employees are certified and comply with training expectations.
Cover schedule gaps when needed.
