About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring an Inventory Coordinator for its Remarketing department in Moody, Alabama. This entry-level position is responsible for checking in and organizing vehicles, reconditioning vehicles, completing related paperwork, and maintaining overall vehicle control. The role is full-time at 2514 Moody Parkway, Moody, AL 35004, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of work experience is required.
Must have a current and valid driver's license, with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past 3 years.
Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation—defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit—on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record within the past 5 years, such as DUI or DWI.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Check in vehicles daily using Vehicle Inventory Control Devices.
Maintain vehicle control.
Organize the lot safely and efficiently.
Maintain and organize key security.
Complete paperwork associated with vehicle repairs, pickup, and delivery.
Schedule minor repairs and coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery.
Perform vehicle reconditioning duties and potentially build vendor relationships.
Perform basic maintenance checks of the antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, in the trunk, and outside the vehicle.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
