About The Position

The Café Manager serves as a brand ambassador and is responsible for driving café profitability through the P&L while developing a crew that provides customers with unparalleled hospitality. Requirements

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field.
• Open availability.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience growing sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
• Strong skills in understanding P&L reports and budgets.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Monitor sales growth and café costs against budget expectations and historical performance to meet profit goals.
• Maintain and exceed customer expectations to build brand loyalty.

• Communicate and stay updated on marketing and promotional materials.
• Execute marketing and sales programs according to applicable guidelines.
• Build café sales by cultivating business-community relationships and initiating local store marketing campaigns.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees.
• Drive operational excellence in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
