About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to lead a restaurant team, build a strong workplace culture, and engage with the community. The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They set an example by following company policies and procedures and ensuring the crew does the same. The role includes scheduling, ordering products, training team members, and hiring. General Managers may receive a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within established goals. The stated pay range is $19.00–$23.00, plus a production bonus ranging from $400.00–$2,000. The position is full time; benefits eligibility may depend on hours worked and applicable waiting periods.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
Preferred: one year of restaurant management experience.
