About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. In this entry-level role, team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, make pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and clean equipment and the facility. The position emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including the option to work a day or two per week.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly, and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service.
