About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. The role works in the kitchen and at the counter, taking phone and in-person orders, preparing pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Team members provide friendly, outstanding customer service and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment. Paid training is provided, and the position is presented as an entry-level opportunity to develop customer service and teamwork skills and potentially grow within the organization. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including work for a day or two per week. The posted pay range is $17.13–$17.13 per hour. A criminal background check is required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Prepare consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
