About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Pizza Maker. This entry-level role is based in the kitchen and involves preparing pizzas, handling phone and counter orders, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The company provides training in its pizza-making techniques and emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and a positive, enjoyable work environment. Full-time or part-time schedules are available, including the option to work only a day or two per week.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, maintaining a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
