About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls and customer relations. The Shift Leader sets an example for the crew and is expected to follow all policies and procedures and ensure the crew does the same. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during the assigned shift.

• Set an example for the crew.
• Follow all policies and procedures and expect the crew to do the same.
