About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a General Manager to staff the store, manage costs, and develop team members while delivering customer service in a fun and energetic environment. The role includes preparing and handling orders, maintaining inventory and paperwork, cleaning equipment and the facility, and delivering products and promotional materials within the designated delivery area. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a positive attitude and be self-motivated, customer-service-oriented, and willing to learn and excel.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a two-year good driving record.
• Have a reliable vehicle and proof of liability insurance.
• Be able to operate all equipment.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally; and use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Accurately and quickly add, subtract, multiply, and divide, potentially using a calculator, and make correct monetary change.
• Have motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
• Meet the described physical demands, including reaching, using hands continuously, forcefully shaping dough, manipulating pizza tools, and grasping cans, phones, cutters, peels, and boxes.

Responsibilities

• Staff the store, manage costs, and develop team members.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and/or door hangers.
