The role requires judgment, math skills, multitasking, and the ability to direct activities, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, and make decisions. The position also includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members may deliver products and flyers within the designated delivery area, requiring a valid driver's license and safe driving record, as well as access to an insured vehicle. Work involves standing, walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies and products, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and continuous reaching. Conditions may include adverse weather, varying temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. The job requires verbal and written communication, telephone and computer order entry, basic arithmetic, monetary change-making, and vision and hearing abilities relevant to in-store work and driving.
