About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment; stocks ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; prepares products; receives and processes telephone orders; takes inventory and completes associated paperwork; and cleans equipment and the facility daily. The role also delivers products by car to customers’ doors and distributes flyers and door hangers. The General Manager must lead by example and coach or train new employees. Work conditions vary.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
