About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates West Cobb is seeking a full-time General Manager to run its studio at The Avenue West Cobb in Marietta, Georgia. This hands-on operator will lead the team, own studio results, represent the studio to members, and support community engagement. The role involves working on the studio floor, handling phone calls, and selling memberships—not just managing from a desk. After brand training, the General Manager will oversee hiring, scheduling, coaching, and team development, as well as membership sales, growth, retention, and performance targets. The manager will build relationships with members across early, late, and weekend class times and lead social media, events, partnerships, and local engagement. The position offers a growth path to Area Manager overseeing a planned second studio in Kennesaw, with total compensation of up to $100,000 in that role. Compensation for the General Manager is a $57,000 base salary, a $250 monthly health stipend, and quarterly performance bonuses, with total compensation of up to $75,000. Perks include paid time off, free unlimited classes, BODYBAR apparel and membership discounts, brand training, and leadership development.
