About The Position
The General Manager role includes operating equipment; stocking ingredients from the delivery area into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone orders; taking inventory and completing related paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role also involves delivering products by car to customers' doors and distributing flyers and door hangers. Work requires communicating with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone, processing orders, and navigating the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products. The position requires accurate and quick basic arithmetic (a calculator may be used), making correct monetary change, verbal and writing skills, telephone skills, hand-eye and fine motor coordination for precise movements, using a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders, and understanding and giving written instructions. Salary is $52K–$70K plus applicable bonus. Benefits listed include a 401(k) plan and health insurance for full-time positions; management roles are eligible for bonuses.
Requirements

- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain and delivery sites while carrying products.
