At Chili’s Grill & Bar Banff, we believe great food, bold flavours, and genuine hospitality bring people together. We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager who brings the same energy to leadership as we bring to the plate. The General Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and control of all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, lounge and room service. This role leads from the front, setting the tone on the floor, building strong teams, and delivering crave‑worthy guest experiences every shift. You’ll follow BCP and Chili’s brand standards while achieving (and beating) sales, labour, and cost budgets in a fast‑paced, high‑volume resort environment.
