During the summer season, the role manages Raven Grille, a seasonal full-service restaurant serving golfers, resort guests, and event attendees, offering a refined but approachable dining experience with a focus on quality execution, hospitality, and service consistency. The position adapts to variable business levels and event-driven demand.
