About The Position
General Manager – 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee South Boston, VA | $60,000–$70,000 + Bonus Ready to get in on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing brands in the country? A leading multi-brand franchise organization with 230+ locations across eight states is looking for a high-energy General Manager to lead a 7 Brew drive-thru coffee stand in South Boston, Virginia. 7 Brew is the newest and fastest-growing concept in this organization’s portfolio, with a large development pipeline underway across Virginia and beyond. As dozens of new stands open, strong GMs will step quickly into multi-stand and market leadership. Here, promotion is a plan, not a promise. A 7 Brew stand is a small footprint with big volume, powered by speed, energy, and hospitality. You’ll own your stand’s results, build a high-energy crew, and set the tone for the brand promise: every guest leaves better than they arrived.
Requirements
- 2+ years leading teams in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual, ideally with drive-thru or speed-of-service experience
- High-energy, people-first leadership that sets the pace and culture in person, every shift
- A track record of hiring, training, retaining, and promoting team members
- Comfort with early mornings and full availability across dayparts, weekends, and holidays
- A strong appetite for growth and advancement
Responsibilities
- Run the stand: own daily operations, sales, and profitability, run the schedule, control costs, and keep the line moving at 7 Brew speed
- Build the crew: hire, train, and energize a young, high-output team, develop shift leads into your bench, and grow that bench into future GMs
- Deliver the 7 Brew experience: coach drink quality, accuracy, and the personal connections that turn first visits into daily habits
- Be present: lead from inside the stand, whether on headset, on bar, or in the window, in an on-your-feet role
- Grow the brand locally: represent 7 Brew in your community through local marketing, events, and the reputation your stand builds one cup at a time
